There are a profusion of wildlife with many game species - Giraffe, Zebra, Eland, Kudu, Blue Wildebeest, Oryx, Nyala, Impala, Waterbuck, Red Hartebeest, Steen buck, Warthog, and occasional sightings of Leopard, Cheetah and Brown Hyena. More than 70 species of trees can be found amongst the Camel thorn, Lead tree, Marula and Shepherds tree. The bushveld is renowned for its bird life and bird lovers and photographers can feast on Martial eagle, several owl species and other big birds of prey as well as the colorful rollers, hornbills, bee-eaters and all the others which make the bushveld a bird watcher’s paradise. Well equipped hides sunken in the ground as well as on stilts ensure hunting, watching and photographing is done in comfort.
